This week they started shipping in water on huge cargo ships and this should help to avoid the possibility of water rationing. I'll keep you posted.

There has been a 2 day strike of all transporters which ended today. All of the major cities were blocked by transporter trucks, and as a result there was no diesel in the whole of Barcelona, the supermarkets are empty and many farmers have had to throw out gallons of milk, vegetables, etc. Worrying, as the price of crude oil is going to keep going up!
sorry to add adepressing post, but transport I think is going to change drastically over the coming year.
